The role focuses on early childhood education, staff development, child safeguarding, and positive relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursery operations and administration, ensuring compliance with KHDA regulations, UAE childcare requirements, and nursery policies.
- Lead, supervise, and support teaching and administrative staff; manage schedules, attendance, performance, and professional development.
- Maintain child safeguarding, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor curriculum implementation and teaching and learning quality in line with EYFS.
- Build parent relationships, handle enquiries and concerns, and oversee admissions, enrolments, engagement, and retention.
- Maintain records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Support marketing, social media, and community partnerships; monitor performance and contribute to growth and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a relevant field; bachelor’s education is required.
- Previous nursery management or senior leadership experience in the UAE; two years as a nursery manager is required.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, child safeguarding, and UAE nursery regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to lead a team and handle parent concerns.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in administrative documentation.
- Fluency in English is essential; Russian is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- CACHE Level 5 or an equivalent recognized early childhood qualification is preferred.
- Experience with admissions, marketing, and social media management is an advantage.
- Candidates must meet applicable qualification and regulatory requirements for the position.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000–8,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work is in person at the City Walk, Dubai nursery.
