Responsibilities
- The main purpose of the Nurse’s job is to provide nursing care and emergency first aid to the Company’s employees.
- Provide nursing care and emergency first aid services to camp employees
- Perform follow-up of all medical cases until complete resolution
- Maintain first aid supplies cabinet at camps, and ensures that all medical equipment is in working order and properly maintained
- Participate in information campaigns on the subjects of personal protective equipment, healthy lifestyle and personal precautions for the prevention of transmissible diseases
- Perform induction health training for new recruits
- Maintain proper medical records
Qualifications
- Nursing degree
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in nursing
- Experience in the Middle East is a strong plus
- Fluent in English and preferably Arabic language
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Competences
- Advanced in occupational health and safety management.
- Proficient in integrated management system.
- Proficient in incident investigation.
- Proficient in documentation, interfaces, communication and knowledge management.
