This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based at our clinic in Jeddah.
The Nurse will provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and monitoring patient status.
Responsibilities
include supporting physicians and other clinicians during examinations and treatments, preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, and ensuring accurate documentation in patient records.
The Nurse will educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care, while following infection control and safety protocols at all times.
The role also involves coordinating with multidisciplinary team members, managing clinical supplies, and participating in quality improvement and training activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Current nursing license/registration in applicable jurisdiction and completion of an accredited nursing program (e.g., Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s in Nursing).
- Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting, preferably in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient services.
- Strong patient assessment skills, including vital sign monitoring, basic diagnostics, and documentation of patient history.
- Proficiency in administering medications, performing basic nursing procedures, and adhering to infection prevention and control standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah on a full-time schedule, including flexibility for shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in clinical documentation and record-keeping.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and continuous professional development.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical records or willingness to learn.
- CPR/BLS certification and additional relevant clinical certifications are an advantage.
