- **Patient Education**
- : Instruct families on illness management and post-discharge home care.
- **Record Keeping**
- : Maintain accurate, confidential charts in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Key Requirements & Skills
- **License**
- : Valid, current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- **Education**
- : Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- **Clinical Skills**
- : Mastery of basic medical equipment and infection control protocols.
- **Communication**
- : Strong verbal and active listening abilities for patient advocacy.
- **Attributes**
- : High emotional resilience, empathy, and strict attention to detail.
