Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic medical care and first aid treatment to employees.
- Assess health conditions of staff and respond to workplace illnesses and injuries.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as required.
- Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and employee health documentation.
- Monitor and manage occupational health concerns, including workplace hazards and injury prevention.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, infection control, and health & safety standards.
- Assist in emergency response and coordinate with external medical services when required.
- Conduct regular health checks and support wellness programs (e.g., vaccination drives, health screenings).
- Educate employees on health, hygiene, and preventive care practices.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the medical room/clinic.
Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Nurse, preferably in occupational health, clinic, or hospital settings.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license/registration as per local authority requirements.
- Experience in corporate, hotel, or industrial setting is an advantage.
