Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Notion User/Specialist to work on a contractor basis.

This role involves applying expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

No prior experience in AI is required – domain knowledge is what matters.

This opportunity is part of a global effort to enable 1 billion people to do meaningful work by applying their expertise to AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use Notion daily to complete assigned workflows with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion as part of AI training processes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks within Notion, suggesting improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for using Notion effectively.
  • Document processes and maintain up-to-date records in Notion databases.
  • Support the customer’s team by providing actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using Notion for daily tasks, especially workflow management and data annotation.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in workflow processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to share insights and best practices with team members.
  • Ability to document processes and maintain accurate records in Notion databases.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization.
