North America MFG Planning Manager

Qualifications:

• · Minimum 10 years’ experience in automotive industry preferable in electronics manufacturing with a strong understanding of processes including PCB assembly, SMT, testing, molding, and final assembly
• · Bachelor degree or similar with financial background
• · Demonstrated experience in manufacturing strategy, footprint planning, and capacity management.
• · Proven ability to develop financial business cases and evaluate capital investment opportunities.
• · Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost structures, productivity drivers, and operational KPIs.
• · Experience managing cross-functional projects in a global manufacturing environment.
• · Understanding of government incentive programs, grants, and manufacturing investment support mechanisms.
• · Outstanding knowledge of lean concepts
• · Business fluent English
