Job Summary:
GLRCT LLC is seeking a passionate and organized Non-Profit Coordinator to oversee and support the planning, implementation, and management of charitable and community-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving social impact programs, building partnerships, and ensuring the effective execution of non-profit activities aligned with the company’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute non-profit programs and community outreach initiatives
  • Develop partnerships with local organizations, NGOs, and stakeholders
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
  • Organize fundraising events, campaigns, and volunteer activities
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and prepare reports
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and ethical standards
  • Maintain accurate records of donations, expenditures, and program outcomes
  • Promote awareness through marketing, social media, and community engagement
  • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in non-profit coordination, community development, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
  • Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
