Job Summary:
GLRCT LLC is seeking a passionate and organized Non-Profit Coordinator to oversee and support the planning, implementation, and management of charitable and community-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving social impact programs, building partnerships, and ensuring the effective execution of non-profit activities aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute non-profit programs and community outreach initiatives
- Develop partnerships with local organizations, NGOs, and stakeholders
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
- Organize fundraising events, campaigns, and volunteer activities
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate records of donations, expenditures, and program outcomes
- Promote awareness through marketing, social media, and community engagement
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in non-profit coordination, community development, or similar role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
