Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and proven experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
- Ability to maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction and foster positive customer relationships
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience working in fast-paced environments or customer-centric roles
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other customer support software
