*Manage and obtain NOCs and permits required for road and infrastructure projects from relevant authorities.
*Coordinate with government entities and utility authorities, including RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, Nakheel, and other stakeholders.
*Prepare, submit, and follow up on permit applications through relevant online portals.
Review project drawings and ensure compliance with authority requirements, standards, and regulations.
*Coordinate utility diversions and approvals with concerned authorities.
*Monitor permit validity and arrange renewals and extensions as required by project schedules.
*Liaise with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely approval of permits and uninterrupted project progress.
*Maintain accurate records of approvals, NOCs, correspondence, and authority submissions.
*Attend meetings with authorities and consultants to resolve permitting issues and expedite approvals.
*Ensure that all project activities comply with applicable standards, specifications, and authority guidelines.
