NOC ENGINEER

Role

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and obtain NOCs and approvals from RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, du, Etisalat, DUSUP, and other authorities.
• Prepare, submit, monitor, and follow up on NOC applications and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, utility agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Review utility drawings and check compliance with authority requirements.
• Coordinate utility diversion, relocation, protection, and crossing works.
• Follow up on authority comments, technical discussions, resubmissions, and approvals.
• Communicate NOC conditions and ensure implementation at the site.
• Maintain NOC trackers, approvals, records, and correspondence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least two years of UAE experience in NOC or authority coordination.
• Infrastructure and road experience is preferred; infrastructure, road, or utility project experience is noted as preferred.
• Good knowledge of RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and utility authority NOC procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• UAE-based availability is preferred.
