No2ta 3al Sater, one of the region’s fast-growing Arabic podcasts, is looking for a strong
Sponsorship Sales Executive
to secure brand partnerships and commercial sponsorships.
The podcast is gaining
millions of views across platforms
and speaks directly to a highly engaged Arab audience, with a strong focus on women, health, wellness, reinvention, personal stories, and meaningful conversations.
We are looking for someone who can open doors, pitch confidently, negotiate professionally, and close deals.
This Is A Revenue Role
You will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, approaching brands and agencies, pitching sponsorship packages, following up, negotiating, and closing commercial partnerships for the podcast.
Requirements
- Proven experience in
- media sales, sponsorship sales, advertising, podcast sales, or brand partnerships
- A strong track record of
- closing deals
- Existing contacts with brands, agencies, PR teams, or marketing decision-makers is a major plus
- Confident, proactive, and commercially driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must speak
- both Arabic and English fluently
- **Non-Arabic speakers will not be considered for this role**
Compensation
Basic salary + attractive commission on closed sponsorship deals.
