About This Role

Job Description

The NIO House manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom to ensure exceptional customer experience, achievement of sales targets, and effective team performance. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring operational excellence across sales, customer service, and showroom presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Performance

  • Lead and manage all showroom sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive vehicle, finance, insurance, and accessories sales in line with dealer and brand objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, conversion ratios, and customer footfall to maximise revenue.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve showroom performance and market share.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with brand customer experience standards and NPS targets.
  • Ensure a welcoming, professional, and premium showroom environment at all times.

People Management

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to deliver high performance and engagement.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and training to enhance sales capability.
  • Manage staffing schedules, attendance, and discipline in line with company policies.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of showroom staff.

Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure showroom operations comply with company policies, legal requirements, and brand guidelines.
  • Manage vehicle display, inventory availability, and test drive operations.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, aftersales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer handovers.
  • Oversee accurate reporting, documentation, and system updates.

Brand & Marketing Support

  • Ensure showroom displays, merchandising, and branding align with manufacturer standards.
  • Support local marketing campaigns, promotions, and showroom events.
  • Represent the brand professionally in all customer and stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in automotive retail sales, with 3 years minimum in showroom management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including retail management and vehicle technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales process, F&I, structure, systems and methodology
  • Showroom knowledge, including a strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
  • Insurance product and process understanding
  • Automotive Management experience within a franchised environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-orientated with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Languages: Fluent English; Arabic an Advantage
  • Previous Management experience a MUST
