Night Process Trainer
Role Overview
Night Shift Process Trainer is responsible for training and coaching employees on the safe setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Provides hands-on instruction, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure employees develop the skills and knowledge necessary to operate equipment safely, maintain quality standards, and consistently produce products that meet customer expectations.

Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with heavy manufacturing and/or assembly equipment
- Working knowledge of mathematical functions.
- Basic understanding on computer equipment
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Hourly Pay Range:
- $25.00-$30.00 hourly- dependent on experience
- pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
- Bonus/Incentive Pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, and trip rate bonuses.
- A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
