Oversee overnight hotel operations and deliver a positive guest experience.
Night operations and financial controls
- Oversee nightly audits, accurate financial reporting, and adherence to internal controls.
- Ensure the day's financial activity is completely and accurately posted and reconciled across departments.
- Verify financial and credit card transactions and resolve complex discrepancies.
- Identify reporting anomalies, assess root causes, and collaborate with department leaders to improve audit accuracy.
- Handle guest issues and assist with emergencies during overnight operations as needed.
- Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
