Working Hours

Straight night shifts from 3am-1pm shifts

Up to 48 hours a week

What you will do

  • Proof, bake and finish a range of viennoiserie and bakery products to the highest standards.
  • Prepare and finish sandwiches and other grab-and-go items
  • Tray, merchandise and prepare products for display and service
  • Ensure product quality, consistency and presentation standards are maintained throughout the shift

What are we looking for?

1-2 years' experience in a bakery, food production or similar environment

Experience with proofing and baking artisan breads and bakery products

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
