Job Summary
- We are seeking a Senior Editorial Operations Manager to lead and optimize editorial workflows, content production processes, and cross-functional publishing operations.
- This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced media or digital content environment and is passionate about improving content quality, efficiency, and audience engagement.
- This role offers the opportunity to shape editorial strategy, streamline operations, and work with creative and technical teams to deliver high-quality content at scale in a growing international organization based in Doha.
- What you’ll do:
- Oversee end-to-end editorial operations and content production workflows
- Develop and improve editorial processes to increase efficiency and quality
- Manage content planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms
- Collaborate with editorial, design, SEO, and product teams
- Ensure content meets brand, tone, and quality standards
- Track performance metrics and optimize editorial output based on data insights
- Support scaling of editorial systems and tools
- Lead coordination between stakeholders and content contributors
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions
Requirements
- Experience in editorial operations, content management, digital publishing, or media production
- Strong understanding of content workflows and editorial planning
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Leadership or team coordination experience preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
