News Editor / Journalist

  • الهدف من الوظيفة:
  • العمل على إعداد وتحرير وصياغة المحتوى الصحفي بمهنية عالية، بما يضمن الدقة والمصداقية والجاذبية، ونشر الأخبار والتقارير بما يتوافق مع سياسة المنشأة.
  • المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • جمع المعلومات من المصادر المختلفة والتحقق من صحتها.
  • كتابة وتحرير الأخبار والتقارير والمقالات الصحفية.
  • إعادة صياغة المحتوى بما يتناسب مع أسلوب وسياسة الجهة الإعلامية.
  • تدقيق المحتوى لغوياً وإملائياً ونحوياً قبل النشر.
  • الالتزام بأخلاقيات العمل الصحفي ومعايير المصداقية.
  • التنسيق مع فريق التحرير والمراسلين والمصورين.
  • متابعة الأحداث الجارية وتقديم مقترحات مواضيع.
  • إدارة المحتوى على المنصات الرقمية (الموقع – السوشيال ميديا) إن لزم.
  • الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية للنشر.
  • المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الإعلام، الصحافة، الاتصال أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن (1–3) سنوات في مجال التحرير الصحفي (حسب المستوى).
  • إتقان اللغة العربية كتابةً وصياغةً.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
  • معرفة بأساسيات التحرير الرقمي .
  • المهارات المطلوبة:
  • مهارات عالية في الكتابة والتحرير.
  • سرعة في جمع المعلومات والتحقق منها.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
  • دقة في الملاحظة والانتباه للتفاصيل.
  • بيئة العمل:
  • العمل ضمن فريق تحرير.
  • ساعات عمل مرنة حسب طبيعة الأخبار.
  • قد يتطلب تغطية أحداث ميدانية أحياناً
