Newly Barred Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation (Remote/Hybrid - California)

Candidates MUST be California State Barred and reside in the state of California

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution
• Depositions: Preparing client for deposition Attending depositions Invoicing Depositions
• Preparing client for deposition
• Attending depositions
• Invoicing Depositions
• Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negations and moving matters towards resolution
• Responsive to incoming emails and phone calls
• Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed
• Team Player: Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example Participation in team events during work and after work hours Providing feedback to management to ensure ALG performs the best it can for our clients

• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
• Doctors' deposition experience (preferred)
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
