Newborn Baby Caregiver
Comfort Trust Home Healthcare LLC is a leading home healthcare provider in Dubai, dedicated to delivering compassionate and professional care in the comfort of our clients' homes.
We are looking for an experienced and caring Newborn Baby Caregiver to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide complete newborn baby care from birth onwards.
- Monitor the baby's health, comfort, feeding, sleeping, and daily activities.
- Feed newborns (breast milk, expressed milk, or formula) according to the recommended schedule.
- Prepare and sterilize feeding bottles and baby equipment.
- Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene.
- Bathe, dress, swaddle, burp, soothe, and comfort newborn babies.
- Establish healthy sleep routines and safe sleeping practices.
- Observe for signs of illness or discomfort and report concerns immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the baby's nursery, clothing, and feeding accessories.
- Support mothers during the postpartum period and educate parents on newborn care.
- Maintain accurate daily care records.
- Follow infection control, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in newborn baby care.
- Nursing, Midwifery, Caregiver, or Healthcare background preferred.
- Certification in Baby Care, Caregiving, Nursing, or Midwifery is an advantage.
- Infant CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of newborn development and infant care.
- Experience caring for premature babies is an added advantage.
- Ability to recognize early signs of illness or emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and flexible shifts when required.
