Job Requirements

• Educational Qualification
• B.Pharma/ M.Pharm / MBA with Pharma experience
• 8-10 years of experience as New Product Launch Manager with a reputed pharmaceutical organization
• COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT
• Expertise in managing Launch projects
• The position requires knowledge of basic product development, regulatory requirements, launch requirement in India and understanding of technical side and project complexities.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to effectively interact with a broad range of stakeholders
• Collaboration and teaming with ability to work in a matrix environment
• Big picture orientation with attention to detail
• Strategic thinking & sound analytical skills
• Result oriented and performance driven
