New Energy Manager – Industry Platforms & Stakeholder Programmes
The Opportunity
We are hiring a New Energy Manager to lead high-impact industry platforms across geoscience, natural resources, and energy in Dubai.
This is a hybrid leadership role combining government stakeholder engagement, technical programme development, sponsorship growth, and end-to-end delivery of flagship conferences and workshops.
You will work closely with ministries, regulators, industry experts, and corporate partners to deliver large-scale knowledge platforms including GEOMIN 2026 and related technical forums.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engagement with government and industry stakeholders, including ministries and regulators
- Manage technical programme development: speakers, abstracts, agenda design, and advisory coordination
- Drive sponsorship and exhibition sales across multi-tier packages
- Build and maintain a strong commercial pipeline across energy and infrastructure sectors
- Manage sponsor retention, renewals, and long-term partnerships
- Oversee full event delivery including budgets, vendors, timelines, and onsite execution
- Coordinate internal teams across marketing, operations, and production
- Manage multiple concurrent industry events and workshops (2026 portfolio)
Requirements
- 10+ years in events, MICE, conferences, or B2B industry platforms
- Strong experience in sponsorship sales or business development
- Exposure to government or regulated industries preferred
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, mining, or geoscience is a strong advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills
- UAE/GCC experience preferred

- Strong mix of commercial + technical event delivery
- Experience working with ministries, regulators, or advisory boards
- Proven ability to manage large-scale conferences end-to-end
