This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional who enjoys solving network problems, working with hardware, and building a strong career in IT and telecommunications.

Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- 8–9 hours per day
- 5–6 days per week
- On-call support for urgent network issues
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, access points)
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues for clients and internal systems
- Monitor network performance and ensure system uptime
- Support LAN, WAN, and wireless network environments
- Assist in configuring IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and routing systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system updates
- Respond to network incidents and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and service logs
- Support senior engineers with network upgrades and deployments
- Ensure compliance with company network security standards
Skills For This Role
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and network cabling
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN and wireless networking
- Familiarity with Cisco or similar networking equipment
- Network monitoring and performance analysis skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Customer support and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle incidents
- Basic knowledge of network security principles
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in networking or IT support is an advantage
- CCNA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow technical procedures
- Good communication and problem-solving attitude
