ITBuilders is looking for a Network Security Engineer to join our technical delivery team in the Riyadh Region.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Network Security Implementation & Configuration

• Implement network security solutions based on approved technical designs and project requirements.
• Install, configure, and support firewalls, VPNs, and network security platforms.
• Configure security policies, access controls, and network segmentation to protect customer environments.
• Perform testing and validation activities to ensure successful and secure implementations.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

• Troubleshoot network security issues at customer sites and remotely.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Apply security updates, firmware upgrades, and patches to deployed solutions.

Projects, Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Support network security upgrade and migration projects.
• Follow defined project plans, timelines, and implementation schedules.
• Prepare clear technical documentation, including configurations, changes, and implementation reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in network security implementation or support.
• Solid understanding of network security concepts, firewall technologies, and VPN solutions.
• Experience with vendors such as Fortinet, Cisco, or similar technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Fortinet NSE or CCNA Security (preferred).
