What you’ll do

  • Execute daily routing, tracking, carrier coordination and exception handling.
  • Ensure parcels are collected, documented and correctly handed over at every middle-mile stage.
  • Escalate issues and provide clear updates to Supervisors; help drivers resolve on-road issues.
  • Coordinate information flow with third-party warehouses and operators.
  • Maintain accurate system updates and movement data; follow safety, compliance and carrier standards.
  • Support peak periods with extended hours or different shifts when required.

  • Excellent written and spoken English for communication with carriers, sites and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail, disciplined process-following and ability to identify and escalate risks.
  • Reliable team player who contributes positively to shift morale.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and operational systems.
  • At least 1 year of logistics, transport or warehousing experience is preferred but not essential.
