At SingNet Communications, you will lead network operations, oversee performance monitoring, and manage teams responsible for keeping high-availability networks running smoothly.

Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- 8–9 hours per day
- 5–6 days per week
- On-call support for network incidents and escalations
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of network infrastructure and systems
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of networks
- Manage and support network operations teams and engineers
- Monitor network performance and resolve critical incidents
- Implement and maintain network policies, procedures, and standards
- Coordinate with IT teams for infrastructure upgrades and deployments
- Conduct root cause analysis for network outages and issues
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and telecom systems
- Plan capacity upgrades and network optimization strategies
- Maintain documentation of network architecture and operations
Skills
- for This Role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting expertise
- Leadership and team management skills
- Incident and problem management (ITIL knowledge preferred)
- Network security principles and best practices
- Vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinking and root cause analysis
- Communication and coordination abilities
- Experience with Cisco or similar networking technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in network operations or IT infrastructure management
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise or telecom networks
- Leadership experience managing technical teams
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are an advantage
- Ability to manage high-pressure network environments
