About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Network Lead
to manage and lead enterprise network operations, support services, and infrastructure delivery across mission-critical environments.
The role is responsible for overseeing
LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security, SD-WAN, and Network Service Management
operations while ensuring high availability, operational stability, and SLA compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in
Cisco networking technologies, network security, ITIL-based operations, troubleshooting, and team leadership
, along with hands-on experience managing large-scale enterprise network environments.
1. Network Operations & Service Management
- Lead network support operations and daily activities of the network services team
- Manage:
- Incident Management
- Request Fulfillment
• Service Level Management
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and operational standards
- Act as the primary escalation point for support teams and end users

- LAN / WAN / Wireless Network Administration
- Troubleshoot and manage:
- Routing and switching issues
- Wireless network problems
- Firewall and VPN issues
- Network outages and failures
- Support enterprise wired and wireless infrastructure operations
3. Network Design & Implementation
- Support implementation of:
- LAN/WAN migrations
- New site deployments
- Network enhancements
- SD-WAN solutions
- Prepare:
- High-Level Design (HLD) documents
- Low-Level Design (LLD) documents
- Network diagrams using Visio
4. Network Security & Access Control
- Manage and administer:
- Firewalls
- VPN solutions
- NAC platforms
- Cisco ISE environments
- Support network and host-based security operations
- Ensure secure connectivity and compliance with security standards
5. Infrastructure & Technology Management
- Manage enterprise network technologies including:
• Cisco ASR, Nexus, Firepower
- Meraki Wireless
- MPLS and SD-WAN
- Multi-tenancy environments using vPC, VDC, and VRF
- Support MDF/IDF interconnectivity and infrastructure optimization
6. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Lead supplier and vendor service delivery activities
- Develop relationships with:
- Business stakeholders
- Clients
- Cross-functional technical teams
- Ensure timely issue escalation and resolution
7. Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Performance Management
- Monitor network performance and service availability
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues
- Utilize software and hardware tools to identify root causes and optimize performance
8. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to:
- Network operations
- Maintenance activities
- Troubleshooting procedures
- Knowledge base updates
- Ensure documentation accuracy and operational readiness

- Palo Alto
- Checkpoint
- Cisco Firepower
• Network Security & Access Control
- Multi-Tenancy Networking (VRF, vPC, VDC)
