Role Purpose and Scope
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure high network availability, security, and operational efficiency for Ninja's infrastructure. This includes managing LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN communications, CCTV surveillance systems, and physical access control solutions across all operational sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure across HQ and all store locations.
- Manage routing, switching, VLANs, firewall policies, and network performance to ensure maximum uptime.
- Deploy, configure, and support site-to-site and remote VPN connectivity between stores and HQ.
- Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues while ensuring secure encrypted communications.
- Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV cameras, NVR systems, and remote surveillance platforms.
- Administer physical access control systems, including door controllers, access groups, and user permissions.
- Monitor network health and infrastructure performance using network monitoring tools.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, including network diagrams, IP address management, and configuration records.
- Collaborate with IT Support, Security, Facilities, and external contractors to deliver infrastructure projects and support business operations.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and infrastructure best practices.
- Experience and Qualifications
- Candidates for this position should possess 3-5 years of experience in a relevant network and infrastructure engineering role. The role requires a skilled professional capable of managing complex network environments and security systems.

- This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Network & Infrastructure Engineer will work within a dynamic quick-commerce environment, supporting both headquarters and dark store operations.
