AppsComm Technologies LLC seeks a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join its team in Dubai.
The role is full-time and work is in person.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory; administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Install, configure, and support servers, workstations, printers, and IT equipment; monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies; keep systems secure, available, and up to date.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation; support end users and resolve IT-related issues.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with networking, firewall management, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Knowledge of virtualisation and backup solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- UAE experience is preferred; a valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
