About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network and security devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Handle escalated issues from L1 support and collaborate with L3 engineers.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
- Perform network optimization and implement improvements.
- Conduct security assessments and remediation activities.
- Implement and support network security policies and procedures.
- Work with monitoring tools such as PRTG and SolarWinds.
- Prepare and maintain HLD and LLD documentation.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure secure and efficient operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in network and security.
- NSE4 and CCNA certifications are required.
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco technologies.
Experience
- with firewalls, proxies, WAN optimization, and load balancing.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Key Skills Network Administration (L2) Network Security Technologies Routing & Switching Firewalls (Fortinet / Palo Alto / Cisco) Monitoring Tools (PRTG, SolarWinds) Troubleshooting & Incident Handling HLD / LLD Documentation
- Pay: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼22,000.00 per month
Experience
- network and security: 7 years (Required)
- Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco technologies: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification
- NSE4 and CCNA (Required)
