The Role
Supporting the delivery of some of the key programs, projects and processes which form an integral part of the Network Management framework, assisting in improving key aspects of Network quality and compliance to corporate identity standards.
These tasks will be largely focused on retailer network facility development, viability studies, compliance and cross functional assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and analysing data accuracy and relevant reporting, presentations and reviews.
- Managing facility infrastructural readiness attributes of the retailer network to enable successful implementation of the electric vehicle program and managing these EV readiness projects on PLANET tool.
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the implementation of network and CI related retailer standards, reporting and remedial actions.
- Responsible for network and CI related actions (atomic habits) on RPTK (retailer performance tool-kit) portal.
- Responsible for Business Plan network section. (Inclusive of data input validation and analysis).
- Key user of PLANET (Planning and Network Transformation) tool to manage all kind of projects, update project templates and facility planner (space & cost assumptions) when needed.
- Supporting network representation plan optimizations by providing geo-planning, metro-planning, space + cost requirements, EV, SV data and CI requirements inline with Our Client's MLRCI (Modern Luxury Retail Corporate Identity) guidelines and relevant strategies.
- Suggesting relevant IBB (Investor Business Builder Program) targets in CI and network planning area and provide proofing documents on achievements.
- Responsible for market performance analysis, regular catch ups with the markets, monitoring & reporting.
- Responsible for Network tableau dashboards and relevant updates and integration.
Essential
- Degree level qualification in business management, data analytics and medium to large scale projects.
- Understanding of an Importer Business, Sales, Aftersales KPIs.
- Tableau, Google Analytics or similar data analysis and visualization tools experience.
- Project and/or product management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, SAP, etc. is required.
Desirable
- Minimum 3 years' Automotive or luxury brand experience in a similar position.
- Operational and/or field experience from within the automotive Network.
- Experience / education in architectural projects and/or project management is highly desirable.
