About The Role

Do you have a proven track record of closing NetSuite deals and building lasting partnerships with corporate clients?

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to own and grow our B2B client base in Saudi Arabia selling both NetSuite licenses and implementation services to mid-market and enterprise organizations.

You will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, playing a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious growth targets in a market experiencing rapid expansion driven by Vision 2030.

Job Description

This is a full-cycle field sales role combining new business hunting with long-term relationship management at the decision-maker level.

The scope covers both NetSuite license sales and implementation packages, giving you the opportunity to close high-value deals and earn uncapped commissions.

You will collaborate closely with our technical delivery team to design tailored solutions that meet each client's specific requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead new business development by identifying, prospecting, and closing NetSuite license and implementation deals with mid-market and enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and nurture trust-based relationships with CFOs, IT directors, and C-level stakeholders throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Deliver tailored NetSuite demos and compelling sales proposals that connect product capabilities to each client's pain points in finance, operations, and supply chain.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation, closing, and seamless handover to the implementation team.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and Vision 2030-driven opportunities across retail, manufacturing, logistics, and professional services sectors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline records in the CRM while consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.

Job Requirements

  • 3-7 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold NetSuite or comparable ERP solutions (SAP Business One, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong hunter profile with a documented track record of winning new logos and consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of ERP business value able to translate NetSuite capabilities into tangible outcomes for clients in finance, operations, and supply chain.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deals in parallel.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard productivity tools.
  • Valid transferable Iqama with a minimum of 3 months remaining validity and eligibility to transfer sponsorship.
