About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects across multiple business domains.
- Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and business process analysis.
- Configure NetSuite modules based on client requirements and best practices.
- Map business processes and provide functional solution recommendations.
- Prepare functional design documents, BRDs, process flows, and gap analysis documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, workflows, and reports.
- Provide post-go-live support and client advisory services.
- Participate in pre-sales activities including:
- NetSuite product demonstrations
- Discovery sessions
- Effort estimation
- Proposal and SOW preparation
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted ERP advisor.
Functional Consulting Experience
- 4+ years of NetSuite Functional Consulting experience.
- Experience working with NetSuite Partners in the UAE market is highly preferred.
- Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
