Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge of NetSuite with 2-3+ years professional administration experience.
  • Familiarity with various NetSuite modules such as SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Module (ARM), etc.
  • Experience in developing custom solutions within NetSuite.
  • Understanding of ERP systems and business processes. Experience in configuring and customizing Netsuite ERP solutions.
  • Hands-on experience of complex Order-to-Cash lifecycles, including advanced troubleshooting of multi-system integration bottlenecks, subscription billing edge cases, and revenue recognition alignment.
  • Knowledge of systems infrastructure, industry standards, user access control, compliance and security practices.
  • Ability to design and communicate reports in a user-friendly manner.
  • Fundamental understanding of internal controls, user permissions and inheritance.
  • Strong analytical, change management, task management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, and at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Proactively coordinate task resolution across multiple stakeholder teams (Accounting, Order 2 Cash, Tax, other development teams, etc.).
  • Natural problem solving abilities, an inquisitive personality, a continuous learning attitude, and an eagerness to tackle the challenge of big problems.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Strong experience working in or with financial teams
  • Familiarity with financial functions and terminology.
  • Experience working with Avalara, Nexonia, Coupa, Egencia a plus.
  • Exposure to systems such as Workday and Salesforce a plus.

  • Base Salary Range
  • $80,000.00 - $110,000.00
  • We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
