Experience and qualifications

  • Requires 3–6 years of overall experience in IT infrastructure, network security, cloud security, or cybersecurity operations.
  • Requires at least 3 years of hands-on Netskope SASE administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and BAU operations.
  • Requires experience supporting enterprise-scale Netskope deployments in complex environments.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Netskope and security expertise

  • Requires hands-on experience with Netskope CASB, SWG, NPA, ZTNA, DLP, and RBI.
  • Requires troubleshooting experience with SSL/TLS inspection, proxy traffic, application access, and Netskope steering configurations.
  • Requires knowledge of Netskope dashboards, event logs, reporting, analytics, policy exceptions, application allow/block lists, and user access restrictions.
  • Requires strong understanding of Zero Trust, SASE, Secure Web Gateway, and FWaaS.
  • Requires knowledge of VPN, SD-WAN, DNS security, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
  • Requires working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, plus experience integrating Netskope with SIEM and enterprise security monitoring.

Certifications

  • Netskope Certified Cloud Security Integrator (NCCSI) is mandatory.
  • Netskope Administrator certification or an equivalent Netskope administration certification is mandatory.
  • CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or equivalent security/networking certifications are advantageous.

Preferred experience

  • Experience with large-scale Netskope SASE environments serving thousands of enterprise users is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, or other endpoint management tools for Netskope Client deployment is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, or other SIEM platforms is preferred.
  • DLP investigations, sensitive data classification, cloud application security, Netskope API integrations, scripting, and security operations automation are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills are sought.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, troubleshoot, and support Netskope SASE operations.
  • Support enterprise-scale deployments and resolve Netskope traffic, access, and steering issues.
  • Manage security policy exceptions, application lists, and user access restrictions.
  • Integrate Netskope with SIEM and enterprise security monitoring platforms.
  • Support client deployment and security operations integrations as needed.

Compensation

  • Pay is AED 5,000–10,000 per month.
