About the Role
Seeking a strong .NET Developer Team Lead who can both code and lead.
You will manage a small team of .NET developers, design scalable solutions, and ensure delivery according to business requirements.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Type: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and estimates.
- Work closely with QA, Product, and DevOps teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Prepare technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in .NET / ASP.NET Core development.
- Solid experience with C#, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ.
- Good knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
- Experience on e-correspondence systems is preferred.
- Experience with Git / Azure DevOps.
- Ability to lead, delegate, and follow up with the team.
- Good communication in Arabic & English.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of front-end (Angular / React).
- Experience with microservices, Clean Architecture, and unit testing.
- Cloud (Azure/AWS) exposure.
