Responsibilities

• Coordinate student enrollments, maintain the delegate database, and upload learner details to the NEBOSH portal.
• Ensure compliance with NEBOSH rules, regulations, and quality assurance standards.
• Schedule and coordinate open-book examinations, practical assessments, and invigilation.
• Manage assessment submissions, verify candidate IDs, and liaise with NEBOSH on examination queries and results.
• Receive, verify, log, and dispatch official certificates and transcripts to delegates and corporate clients.
• Coordinate trainer schedules, venue or virtual classroom setups, course materials, and welcome packs.
• Support registered students with schedules, portal access, assignment guidelines, and results.
• Assist sales with course inquiries, prerequisite checks, and course confirmation letters.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years administering NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar UK-accredited qualifications at a recognized UAE training center.
• Hands-on experience with the NEBOSH portal or hub for registration, exam bookings, and certification workflow.
• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong MS Office and CRM or training database proficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken English, attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet accreditation deadlines.
