NCLEX or DOH Registered Nurse for Home Care Facility

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Assist with procedures including NG tube insertion/management, PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, catheterization, and wound management.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any significant changes to the physician and care team.
• Educate patients and families about care plans, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with DOH/DHA guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Requirements

• Valid license: **DOH / NCLEX** (with or without Dataflow).
• Minimum of **2 years of clinical experience** (ICU or Medical-Surgical Ward experience preferred).
• Experience in **NG tube or PEG feeding** is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (**Apostilled certificate required**).
• Valid **BLS certification** (ACLS preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and adaptable to homecare environments.
• Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
