Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ agricultural fertilizer sales experience or related field.
  • Must live in the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Agronomy, Plant Science or related field preferred.
  • Proven industry track record of successful sales.
  • Strong understanding of agronomy with proven sales skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated.
  • Working Conditions and Physical Demands - PLANT
  • Frequently exposed to high noise levels, strong odors, varying temperatures, and biohazardous conditions.
  • Requires prolonged sitting and movement throughout office/work locations, as well as occasional use of computers and office equipment.
  • Must frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb or balance.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and identify potential workplace hazards.
  • Requires the ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs.
  • Position is based in an office environment
  • Constant travel to off-site locations is required.
