About the Opportunity
Chronicle Executive Search has been exclusively engaged to recruit experienced National Sales Managers for a leading FMCG organization in the UAE.
We are seeking commercially driven sales leaders with a proven record of delivering growth across the UAE market through Modern Trade and Key Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales strategies.
- Lead and coach high-performing sales teams.
- Manage key retail accounts including major modern trade customers.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and strategic partners.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of FMCG sales experience in the UAE.
- Experience as a National Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Commercial Manager, or equivalent.
- Strong Modern Trade and Key Account management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership of sales teams and commercial performance.
- Experience managing national retail accounts.
- Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation
Competitive package in the range of **AED 25,000–30,000 per month**, depending on experience.
