Sales KPI Reporting and Market Scorecards
Build, maintain and publish the written sales KPI reporting by market, region and consultant: leads run, reschedule rate, sit rate, in-home close rate, net average ticket, finance % of sold, service-plan attachment, self-generated sales and margin.
Own the field scorecard used in market reviews and the inspection process; keep definitions, sources and calculations documented and consistent across every report.
Produce the weekly and monthly performance packages for the VP of Sales, the Directors and the National Area Sales Managers, with the markets and consultants below standard called out.
Maintain the financing reporting (applications, approvals, declines, second look, finance % of sat and of sold) in partnership with Finance and lender partners.
Analysis and Opportunity Sizing
Quantify the sales impact of proposed initiatives — sit rate, close rate, ticket and financing changes — at the market and company level, using consistent, documented methods.
Analyze market and consultant performance to identify where the sales process is breaking down and which markets warrant intervention; provide the evidence behind corrective action plans.
Measure pilots and program rollouts (AI sales coaching, financing platform, price screen, certification) against the success metrics defined with the National Sales Strategy & Enablement team; report adoption and impact.
Support the annual budget and the Value Creation Plan with the KPI baselines, sizing and tracking the National Sales team is accountable for.
Sales Capacity and Workforce Reporting
Own the reporting on sales capacity: leads set versus run by market, appointment confirmation and reschedule trends, consultant headcount versus plan and consultant productivity.
Maintain the recurring workforce-planning view that reconciles Talent Acquisition activity, onboarding and IGNITE throughput, and active sellers against targets, in partnership with Talent Acquisition and the Director of National Sales Execution.
Sales Operations and Systems
Serve as the National Sales team’s owner for sales data and reporting systems; partner with IT and Finance on data sources, definitions and the reporting platform.
Support the Sr Program Manager, Sales Strategy with the data and validation behind commission and incentive processing.
Standardize how sales data is requested, produced and shared so that markets and the national team work from the same figures.
Other duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales analytics, sales operations or business analytics experience, preferably in an in-home, direct-to-consumer or multi-location sales organization.
- Advanced Excel and demonstrated experience with a reporting or business-intelligence tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and with querying data (e.g., SQL).
- Proven ability to build and maintain recurring KPI reporting that leaders trust, with documented definitions and controls.
- Experience quantifying the financial impact of operational changes and presenting the method clearly to non-technical leaders.
- Working understanding of in-home sales KPIs and of consumer financing metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity; able to reconcile figures across systems.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate influentially, verbal and written, with all levels of an organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Empire sales and CRM systems.
- Office or remote-based role; up to 10% travel to markets and national meetings.
