Role Description

The National Parts Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for leading and growing parts sales across the Kingdom.

This role oversees national sales strategies for parts, manages key accounts, and develops distribution plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.

The manager will monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities, while coordinating with regional sales teams and parts centers to ensure consistent service and product availability.

Daily tasks include setting sales forecasts, reviewing performance metrics, preparing reports, and coaching sales team members to achieve objectives.

The role also involves close collaboration with operations, logistics, and aftersales teams to align inventory levels, support customer requirements, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in national or regional parts sales management, preferably in automotive or industrial distribution.
  • Strong skills in sales strategy, territory management, and account development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and optimizing pricing to support margin and growth objectives.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop sales teams, with effective performance management and coaching practices.
  • Solid understanding of parts operations, inventory management, and coordination with service and logistics functions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems, ERP or inventory platforms, and standard office productivity tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or automotive distribution are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the KSA market and relevant regulatory or commercial practices; fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and travel within the Kingdom as needed.
