National Business Development Manager (Soueast Motors,Jeddah, KSA) – Channel & Fleet
Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Development & Contracting– Proactively identify, evaluate, and sign Tier‑1 automotive dealers with showroom, financial strength, and service capability. Manage the full process from lead generation, due diligence, commercial negotiation to contract execution.
- Tier‑2 Network Expansion– In areas not well covered by Tier‑1 dealers, directly develop secondary distribution points, city pop‑up stores, and light‑weight channels to quickly fill market gaps.
- Fleet & Bulk Channel Development – Engage local car rental companies, corporate fleets, enterprise procurement, and government tenders to open wholesale channels beyond retail sales.
- Fast Launch & Sales Activation – Design and execute a 30‑day “light launch” plan for new dealers; coordinate with marketing to provide opening support, ensuring new outlets generate first purchase orders shortly after signing.
- Channel Performance Management – Conduct regular dealer visits, analyze inventory turnover and retail data, drive underperforming dealers to improve, and ensure that network sales contribution meets company targets.
Qualifications
- Industry Background – Must have automotive industry experience in channel development, dealer management, or sales. Preference for candidates with prior experience expanding a Chinese automotive brand in Saudi Arabia.
- Local Experience– At least 1 year of experience in the Saudi or broader Middle East market, with solid understanding of local dealer cooperation models and business culture.
- Core Competencies – Proficient in dealer evaluation and commercial negotiation; able to independently manage the full cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
- Language & Driving License– Business‑fluent English and Arabic; valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Personal Attributes – Results‑driven, able to directly deliver measurable outcomes in terms of “how many new outlets opened, how many incremental units sold.
