Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Narrative Video Editor.
The candidate will be responsible for editing video content, applying color grading, and creating and integrating motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
Daily tasks will include collaborating with production teams, ensuring consistency in video design, managing video timelines, and optimizing final outputs for distribution across digital platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in narrative editing, film editing, or post-production
- Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of pacing and emotional structure
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software
- Knowledge of post-production workflows, codecs, and media management
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience with color grading, sound design, or motion graphics is a plus
Preferred Background
- Background in film, media production, communications, or related creative fields
- Experience in commercial, branded, documentary, or cinematic storytelling projects preferred
