Overview

• Assist in preparing and organizing age-appropriate learning materials, ensuring a stimulating and engaging environment for children's activities.
• Provide individualized support to children, understanding their unique learning styles and needs to foster their development.
• Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and encouraging positive social interactions and conflict resolution.
• Help with the implementation of lesson plans and activities, contributing to a structured and enriching educational experience.
• Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and transitions, to maintain a consistent and supportive schedule.
• Communicate effectively with teachers and parents, sharing observations and updates on children's progress and well-being.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom/play area, promoting a healthy and conducive environment for learning and play.
• Assist with basic caregiving tasks, such as diaper changes, feeding, and dressing, ensuring children's physical needs are met.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in childcare and education.
• Adapt to the needs of the children, including but not limited to children with special needs.
