Overview

• Nail Services (waterless and express)
• Perform russian machine manicures, pedicures for men and women.
• Perform acrylic, softgel and hardgel nail extensions, and nail art for women.
• Perform treatments like callus removal, hydration masks, hand and foot massage and cuticle care.

Customer Care

• Greet clients and provide a welcoming experience.
• Consult clients to understand preferences and recommend suitable services.
• Offer aftercare advice for nail treatments and products.
• Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Hygiene and Safety
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace and tools.
• Follow strict hygiene and health safety regulations, including equipment sterilization.
• Use protective equipment such as gloves and masks when required.
• Ensure compliance with beauty industry and health standards to prevent infections.

Administrative Duties

• Manage appointment bookings and maintain an organized schedule.
• Handle payments, invoicing, and upselling products or services.
• Restock and manage inventory for tools and supplies.
• Keep accurate records of client appointments, services, and sales.

Qualifications And Skills

• Certification in nail technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a nail technician.
