About This Role

Job Summary

The Nail Section Supervisor / Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the nail department, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining premium hygiene standards, and leading a team of nail technicians to achieve excellence in client satisfaction and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Management

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate nail technicians to maintain high performance.
  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure team alignment with salon standards.
  • Train new and existing staff on techniques, trends, and service protocols.
  • Monitor staff punctuality, grooming, and professional behavior.
  • Handle team scheduling, task delegation, and performance reviews.

2. Premium Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver and ensure a luxury, personalized client experience at all times.
  • Greet VIP clients and handle high-value customers personally when required.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Resolve complaints professionally with a focus on client retention.
  • Ensure every client leaves satisfied, relaxed, and valued.
  • Maintain a calm, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere in the nail section.

3. Service Quality Control

  • Ensure all nail services (manicure, pedicure, nail art, extensions, etc.) meet premium standards.
  • Monitor hygiene, sterilization, and safety procedures strictly.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on services performed by staff.
  • Stay updated on latest nail trends, products, and techniques.

4. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Upsell premium services and products to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed section revenue targets.
  • Promote packages, memberships, and seasonal offers.
  • Track daily sales and performance metrics of the team.
