Job Summary
Riva Institute of Aesthetics is seeking an experienced and passionate **Nail and Eyelash Trainer** to join our team.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering professional-level training in **nail artistry**, **eyelash extensions**, and other related courses.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of advanced beauty techniques, and the ability to inspire and mentor students to succeed in their careers.
Key Responsibilitiestraining & Education
- Deliver hands-on and theory-based training in **nail services** (manicure, pedicure, nail art, gel extensions, acrylic extensions, etc.) and **eyelash services** (classic, volume, hybrid extensions, lifting, tinting, etc.).
- Provide step-by-step guidance on advanced techniques, ensuring students gain confidence and skill mastery.
- Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and instructional guides to meet the curriculum standards.
- Conduct live demonstrations and supervise practical sessions for students.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and practical tests.
Student Support
- Offer guidance and personalized mentorship to students to help them achieve their career goals.
- Maintain a professional, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
- Provide feedback and recommend improvements to students for better skill development.
Curriculum Development
- Assist in developing and upgrading training materials, manuals, and course curriculums in line with industry trends.
- Introduce new techniques, technologies, and trends in nails and eyelash extensions to the training program.
Professional Development
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the beauty industry, including nail and eyelash techniques.
- Attend workshops and seminars to maintain expertise and certifications.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress.
- Coordinate with the administration team for scheduling classes and student inquiries.
- Ensure all tools, products, and equipment are available and maintained for training sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Education:** Certification in Nail Artistry, Eyelash Extensions, or related beauty/aesthetic courses.
- **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician and Eyelash Specialist, with prior teaching/training experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nail extensions, nail art techniques, eyelash extension techniques, and lash lifting/tinting procedures.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of students with different skill levels.
- Passion for training and empowering others in the beauty industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
