Job Purpose
The Sales Executive is accountable for receiving and reviewing customer applications and requirements, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are available, and processing applications promptly and efficiently.
The role is responsible for developing strong customer relationships to generate demand, enhance revenue, and achieve set KPIs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Sales Executive proactively identifies up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, provides premium care to critical customers, and manages escalations
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product knowledge by staying updated with e& service and product offerings.
- Sell e& products and services in the store, aligning with customer needs.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Proactively demonstrate services to customers, aiming for high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Ensure adherence to processes, guidelines, and policies in all transactions.
- Implement the Retail Customer Journey as directed.
Qualifications
- Minimum High school is required, Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
