About This Role
Overview
Mystery Masters International (MMI) is a Qatar-based customer experience consulting firm looking for observant, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing network of freelance mystery shoppers across Doha and Qatar.
As a Mystery Shopper, you will visit businesses as a regular customer and evaluate service quality, staff behavior, and the overall customer experience.
Your observations will help leading brands in hospitality, retail, banking, and healthcare improve their service standards.
This is a flexible, freelance opportunity, you choose when and where you work.
No prior experience is required; we provide full training and certification before your first assignment.
What You'll Do
- Visit assigned locations (hotels, restaurants, retail stores, banks, clinics) as a regular customer
- Observe and evaluate staff interactions, service speed, cleanliness, and compliance with standards
- Complete detailed evaluation reports after each visit
- Submit reports within 24 hours of your visit
- Maintain complete confidentiality about your role

Ideal Candidate
- Based in Qatar (Doha or surrounding areas)
- Fluent in Arabic and/or English (bilingual preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to act naturally and remain discreet during evaluations
- Access to a car is a plus but not required
- Available for at least 2-4 assignments per month
- This is a freelance engagement, you will be an independent contractor, not an employee.
- Payment is per completed and approved evaluation.
